Kunst im Nomad 2023
The exhibition of contemporary artists at the Nomad Design & Lifestyle Hotel enters its third round.
From the 29th of April to the 7th of May, we look forward to transforming the Nomad and all its areas into exhibition spaces again this spring.
The project
Kunst im Nomad is an exhibition by contemporary artists at the Nomad Design & Lifestyle Hotel. Unlike the previous two years, this year's exhibition was not just in nine hotel rooms, but spread throughout the entire hotel.
The expert jury this year consisted of Eva-Maria Knüsel & Alice Wilke (both curators), Till Langschied & Dorian-Orlando Weber (both artists) & Thomas Gratwohl (Nomad representative). The exhibition at Nomad was curated by Dorian-Orlando Weber.
For a retrospective of the past years, we document in the archive the total of 27 positions that have already participated in the 2021, 2022 & 2023 Kunst im Nomad.
The exhibition
Starting with the vernissage on 29 April at 6pm, we opened this year's Art in the Nomad 2023 exhibition, which was then open from Monday to Friday from 4pm - 8pm and on Saturday & Sunday from 12pm - 8pm.
The following artists participated: Alina Kopytsia, Caroline von Gunten, Jasper Simeon Mehler, Marie & Marie, Naiwen Chou, Rodrigo Toro Madrid, Valentin Rilliet, Vela Arbutina, Victoria Holdt.
