When is check-in and until when is check-out possible?
Guaranteed check-in is available from 15:00. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at the reception free of charge. Check-out is possible until 12 noon.
What is the best way to get there and are parking spaces available?
You can park briefly in front of the hotel to load and unload. Our underground garage offers a limited number of parking spaces as well as an EV charging station for a fee. Parking costs CHF 25 per night and must be reserved in advance. Alternatively, you can use one of the nearby public car parks.

Is there air conditioning in the rooms?
Our rooms do not have classic air conditioning. Instead, we use an environmentally friendly cooling system that keeps the rooms at a sustainable temperature. Dyson fans are also available.
Is there a minibar in the room?
The Penthouse Suite has a minibar. In all other rooms, you'll find a free tea, coffee and water station on every floor. On request, we are happy to put a minibar in your room.
Does the hotel offer room service?
Yes, we’ll bring your favourite meals to your bedside.
