When is check-in and until when is check-out possible?
Guaranteed check-in is available from 15:00. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at the reception free of charge. Check-out is possible until 12 noon.
Can I store my luggage at the hotel?
We'll store your luggage for you free of charge before you check in or after you check out.

Is there air conditioning in the rooms?
Our rooms do not have classic air conditioning. Instead, we use an environmentally friendly cooling system that keeps the rooms at a sustainable temperature. Dyson fans are also available.
Is there a minibar in the room?
The Penthouse Suite has a minibar. In all other rooms, you'll find a free tea, coffee and water station on every floor. On request, we are happy to put a minibar in your room.
